This rare form of Kombucha is also known as the champagne of all kombuchas. Jun Kombucha is a delicately delicious fermented drink made from green tea and honey instead of classic black tea and sugar. Jun Kombucha is a unique culture with its own benefits and taste characteristics. The taste is brighter and slightly milder than traditional kombucha. The color of the drink is very clear and pure. Jun's kombucha cultures can withstand slightly colder temperatures, making it an ideal choice for those living in cooler homes where traditional kombucha would have a harder time fermenting.
In 2018, we brought the initial culture of Jun from a fermentation plant in Berlin and have been growing it in Lithuania until now. In this Tealure Jun Kombucha kit, you will find the ingredients that will allow you to make 1 liter of Jun kombucha in less than a week. Jun's culture grows every week, so you can share it with friends or increase the amount of fermented drink even for a lifetime. It is as easy to prepare at home as traditional kombucha.
